Marianna Protopappa

Marianna is a Consultant in the Executive Search and Selection practice of ICAP People Solutions working on various recruitment projects on behalf of Greek and multinational companies across all industries.
She began her career in sales within leading retail companies such as Media Markt and Public, gaining valuable experience. Additionally, following the completion of her studies, Marianna worked as a Recruitment Consultant with Speakit and Adecco, where she supported clients in sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates across various sectors. At ICAP, Marianna currently takes part in recruitment projects for mid-level positions across diverse industries, working both with Greek and multinational companies.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Panteion University in Athens and has completed several seminars in Human Resources Management. Marianna is also preparing to start an MBA program with a specialization in Human Resources. Fluent in Greek and English, she also possesses basic knowledge of German.
