Maria Alefragki is a part of the ICAP Executive Search & Selection as Assistant Manager, bringing extensive experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and HR Consulting across leading multinational organizations, including Coca-Cola HBC, Deloitte, Hewlett-Packard, Iron Mountain, and Octane.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with business leaders across multiple international markets, leading recruitment, organizational transformation, and talent management initiatives. Combining strategic thinking with a consultative approach and a genuine passion for people, Maria specializes in identifying and attracting high-calibre talent, building trusted relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering executive search solutions that create long-term value for organizations.
Maria has studied law, holds a BA in HR from Coventry University and an Msc from Aston Business School in HRM and Business.
