Nancy works as an Assistant Manager in the Executive Search & Selection practice of ICAP. She has experience in managing complex recruitment projects, with a particular focus on Accounting and Finance roles. At the same time, she has supported selection processes for positions in Product Management, Sales, and Marketing.
She began her professional career in sales, providing support to both B2C and B2B clients. She then worked as an Associate Manager and Team Leader at Dialectica.She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International and European Economic Studies from the University of Macedonia and a Master’s degree in e-Business Administration from the International Hellenic University.
