Theofanis Georgiadis
Director, People Solutions, Northern Greece Branch
Theofanis is responsible for the coordination of People Solutions services at Northern Greece’s Branch. With more than 23 years of overall experience in Human Capital Consulting, he handles Executive Search and Selection projects in Northern Greece.
Ηe is also responsible for the implementation of Professional Training projects of Huthwaite International and ICAP Training Solutions, Personality Tests by HOGAN Assessment Systems (certified assessor since 2008) and Aptitude Tests by ΑΟΝ, and Outplacement and Outsourcing services as well. Furthermore, he participates in projects of Internal Organization and Business Reorganization for organizations in several sectors.
He graduated from the Department of Economics at the Aristotle University and holds an MBA degree in Business Administration from the University of Stirling in the UK. He is fluent in Greek and English.
