Τheano is a Consultant in the Executive Search and Selection at ICAP People Solutions and is actively participating in recruitment projects for junior and middle-level positions, on behalf of Greek and Multinational client-companies within various industries. She started her professional career as an intern in ICAP, and she had the opportunity to support the recruitment process in different functions and sectors such as Industrial, Oil & Energy and FMCG. Moreover, she also participates in mass selection assignments for large organizations with the use of selected assessment tools.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Macedonia while she is about to receive a Master degree in Human Resources Management from University of Derby. Also, she is fluent in English.
