Tessie is Senior Manager in the Executive Search & Selection Practice of ICAP People Solutions. Î’eing a Senior Advisor with significant experience in the Human Capital Advisory, she assists organizations to get the best return on their HR investment.
Her role is to advise top notch Greek and multinational client companies in recruiting Senior and Middle level talent in Greece and abroad. She led numerous recruitment projects in several vertical markets with focus mainly, but not limited, to the Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Shipping, Energy, Financial Services, with a substantial record in recruiting Executives across all functions.
Commencing her career in ICAP, she joined the Remuneration Surveys and HR Outsourcing Services Teams, while later she built up significant experience in the Recruitment Solutions Practice, leading as Project Manager the design, planning, and management of many Assessment Centers for selection and Large-scale Recruitment Assignments with the use of specialized assessment tools.
Prior to joining ICAP Group, she worked as Customer Service Manager in the Hospitality Marketing Consulting Services industry with HMC International Inc., in Greece and in Cyprus for several years.
She holds a BSc in Business Administration from the American College of Greece, she speaks fluently English, and she is Certified Assessor in the use and interpretation of Psychometric Tests – Hogan Personal Behavior Assessment Tools (HPI, HDS, MVPI).
