As the Executive Director of ICAP People Solutions for Greece and Cyprus, Serafeim leads a diversified team of experienced consultants, highly skilled in and passionate about finding and attracting the best talent for senior and executive positions across all sectors (#ICAP Executive Search), assessing with the use of psychometrics, assessment/development centers, coaching, outplacement, performance management, rewards (#ICAP Human Capital Consulting, partner of Hogan & AON) and training in the fields of leadership, management, sales, negotiation and communication (#ICAP Training, partner of Huthwaite International).
Bringing over 15 years of extensive experience in HR Consulting to the table, he has adeptly managed numerous projects catering to a wide spectrum of clients, from large-scale enterprises to fledgling startups.
Notably, he has forged enduring partnerships with both clients and candidates, founded on pillars of trust, integrity, and professionalism. Committed to nurturing his team and honing his own skills, he prioritizes continuous learning and development. His overarching mission is, providing comprehensive solutions that meet the diverse needs of organizations, to assist them in realizing their strategic objectives through tailored human resources solutions while facilitating individuals in unlocking their full potential.
His professional journey commenced as a Military Officer in the Hellenic Armed Forces, ascending to the rank of Captain. Serving as a battery commander, he oversaw operational functions and spearheaded the training and growth of officers and enlisted personnel.
Serafeim holds an MBA degree specializing in Management & HR from Athens University of Economic and Business (AUEB), complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in European Economic Studies from the same institution. Furthermore, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Military, Diplomatic, and Legal studies from the Hellenic Military Academy (SSE). He boasts certifications as a HOGAN, Kenexa, and SHL certified assessor, underlining his expertise in assessment methodologies.
