Senior Manager
Rozalia is a Senior Manager, SHRM-CP Certified, in the Executive Search & Selection practice of ICAP People Solutions. She has significant experience in executive search, competency based interviews and psychometric testing.
Her expertise in Executive Search lies mainly, but is not limited, in Information Technology, Sales, Marketing and Maritime professionals for middle and senior level management positions across a wide range of industries. She has also successfully participated as Consultant and as Project Manager in Large Scale Recruitment Projects for major institutions. In addition, she has been appointed as an on-site consultant to major companies (Roche Hellas & Microsoft Hellas), where besides handling all recruitment projects for the client company, she was also exposed to HR management systems and policies, talent management and employer branding.
Before joining ICAP, she gained significant experience in Executive Search, working as a Senior Consultant at the Permanent Placement Division of Adecco Greece. There, she had the opportunity to be involved in an extensive number of recruitment projects, with a focus in sales and marketing profiles.
She holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Athens and an MSc in Social & Organizational Psychology from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom. She is a certified Psychologist, certified also in the use and interpretation of HOGAN Assessment Tools (HPI, HDS, and MVPI) and speaks Greek and English fluently.
