Hara is a Consultant in the Executive Search and Selection at ICAP People Solutions. She is currently actively engaged in recruitment projects for junior and mid-level positions across a range of industries, for both Greek and multinational companies. She began her career as an intern, gaining experience in supporting key aspects of the recruitment process for major ICAP clients in sectors such as Industrial and FMCG. Additionally, she plays an active role in large-scale recruitment assignments for prominent organizations.
She is a graduate of Accounting and Finance from the University of Macedonia. She is fluent in English with a strong command of German.
