Elisavet is Manager at ICAP People Solutions at the Northern Greece branch, and has more than 19 years of experience in all aspects of HR.
She is a senior HR professional with in-depth knowledge and expertise in Outplacement Services, assisting people to develop a long-term perspective and career strategy. She is highly specialized in Sourcing, Evaluating and Selecting Professionals, managing Performance Evaluation Systems, developing Human Resource Policies and Procedures as well as in designing and organizing training courses.
Highly competent in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the company, demonstrating a keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
She is graduate of the School of Law of the Aristotle University, and holder of Heriot-Watt University of Edinburgh Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior & Quantitative Methods. She also holds the professional title SHRM-SCP, an internationally trusted and worldwide recognized certification for HR professionals. She is certified in the use and interpretation of HOGAN Assessment Tools (HPI, HDS, and MVPI) and she is a TÜV AUSTRIA Certified DPO Executive (for the General Regulation of Personal Data EU/2016/679). She speaks Greek and English fluently.
