Elena Cheilari is a Senior Consultant in the IT Recruitment Solutions Department at ICAP People Solutions. For the last 2 years, she has been working as a Recruiter with expertise on International Tech Recruitment. She started her career as a Tech Recruitment Consultant at Code.Hub and then she joined Netdata as a Technical Recruiter. Throughout her professional career, she was responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process of IT positions. She works with passion to find the right person for the right position, and she believes that through teamwork the most difficult goal can be achieved.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and a Master’s degree from Alliance Manchester Business School in International Human Resources Management.
