Christiana Kyriacou

Christiana has nearly 20 years’ experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and HR, having held senior positions at leading international consultancy firms both in the UK and Cyprus. In addition, she has been involved in the design and implementation of training and development programs and undertaken numerous projects on succession planning with several high-profile companies.
Christiana has a proven track record in developing effective recruitment campaigns across a variety of industries including FMCG, Banking, Pharmaceutical and Retail and is experienced delivering complex, cross border senior level assignments, in Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to joining ICAP, Christiana held the role of Country Manager Cyprus for Pedersen and Partners, an International Executive Search firm, where she led and developed their selection services in Cyprus. Previously, Christiana held the role of Branch Manager for Randstad in Cyprus and General Manager of a local boutique HR consultancy firm.
Christiana holds a BSc in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources from Brunel University, United Kingdom. She speaks English and Greek fluently.
