Alexandra Dimitrakopoulou
Senior Consultant
Alexandra is a Senior Consultant, in the Executive Search & Selection practice of ICAP People Solutions. Her expertise in Executive Search lies mainly, but is not limited, in Sales and Marketing for middle & senior level management positions across a wide range of industries. Before that, she was holding the position of Internal HR Executive at ICAP, responsible for the daily operations of the HR Department. The tasks involved full-cycle recruiting, training needs, monitor employees’ productivity and deliver solutions.
Before joining ICAP, Alexandra gained significant experience in Human Resources and Sales working as a Branch Sales Manager of Adecco Greece. There, she had the opportunity to be involved in an extensive number of recruitment projects, with a focus in sales and marketing profiles. In addition, she was responsible of the overall management of the branch, Sales and Operation.
She holds a BA in Sociology from the American College of Greece, Deree College and a MA degree in Communication Policy Studies from the City University of London. She is also certified in the use and interpretation of the Hogan Assessment Tools and speaks Greek and English fluently. She has also attended numerous seminars focused on psychology.
