Aggeliki Dimitriadi is a Senior Consultant, in the Executive Search & Selection practice of ICAP People Solutions. Aggeliki has 10 years’ experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, having held in-house HR positions at various sectors in Greece.
Aggeliki has a proven track record in delivering effective recruitment projects, capitalizing also her expertise in competency-based interviewing and psychometric tools, across a variety of industries including FMCG, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Prior to joining ICAP, Aggeliki held the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for DEMO Pharmaceutical Industry, where she led the recruitment and selection for specialized roles and senior level positions in Biotechnology, Regulatory Affairs, Business Development, Quality Assurance and Production. Previously Aggeliki held the role of Talent Acquisition Lead for Olympic Brewery, part of the Carlsberg Group, where besides managing the design and execution of talent acquisition and hiring strategies, she was also exposed to performance and talent management systems and policies, competencies development, employer branding and employee engagement.
Aggeliki holds a BSc in Economics from the Athens University of Economics and Business with a specialization in Human Resources from University of Surrey, United Kingdom.
