Maria has over 17 years of experience mainly in Recruitment Services and other Human Resources Advisory Services across the private and public sectors.
Maria’s industry sector expertise, in developing and managing effective Recruitment campaigns across all functional areas, includes Banking and Finance, Professional Services, FMCG and Retail, Hotel and Tourism, Pharmaceutical and Medical, Government and Semi-Governmental, to name but a few.
Maria has obtained substantial experience in Selection tools, Outsourcing services, Outplacement programs, Job analysis and descriptions. Moreover, Maria has participated in HR Advisory projects concerning the design of Performance Management Systems, Organisation Restructuring and Optimisation, Assessment and Development Centers, Remuneration Surveys.
Prior to joining ICAP, as a Senior Manager of KPMG Cyprus’ HR Advisory Department, Maria held the role of National Head of Executive Search and Selection Services.
Maria holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from the University of South Africa.
