Virginia is a Consultant at ICAP People Solutions, and she is actively participating in the recruitment and search & selection process for junior and middle-level professionals for both Greek and multinational client companies with emphasis in the Shipping, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical/Health Care sectors in a wide range of specialties. Moreover, she participates in high volume recruiting assignments for large organizations with the use of specialized psychometric and aptitude tools. Prior to that, Virginia was employed in the HR department of Starbucks/Marinopoulos coffee company S.A, as a Human Resources Administrator for Greece and Cyprus. She also has previous sales experience.
Virginia holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Democritus University of Thrace and an MBA from University of Macedonia. She is fluent in Greek and English.
