Vasilis Papanikolaou

Vasilis is Consultant at ICAP’s Executive Search & Selection Practice since 2022. He started his professional career as an intern, and he has had the opportunity to support the recruitment process in different functions for major ICAP’s clients.
At the time, he is actively participating in the recruitment and search & selection process for junior and mid-level professionals for Greek and multinational client companies in various industries with emphasis in the Pharmaceuticals, Technology, Banking, FMCG, Telecommunications and Insurance sectors. Moreover, he participates in high volume recruiting assignments for large organizations with the use of specialized psychometric and aptitude tools.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and he is fluent in Greek and English. He also has good knowledge of German.
